Budgeting/Cashflow Analysis: Helping to create and manage budgets to keep spending in line with income; knowing what is coming in and going out. Organizing Financial Documents: Sorting and filing financial records, such as bills, bank statements, insurance records, and tax documents. Communication with Financial Institutions: Interacting with banks, creditors, financial planners, accountants/CPA’s, and other financial entities on behalf of the client. Back-end office duties for Small Businesses: Payroll, creation of employee handbook, managing email/physical mail, invoices and bills, to name a few.
