All About Headshots & PupShots

Alyssa has been a photographer most of her life and loves capturing fleeting moments, whether it’s a person laughing, a dog smiling, or strangers on the street sharing an interaction.

Before she became a professional photographer, she worked for many years as a Chief Marketing Officer at a nonprofit that helps low-income children and children with special needs. She loves helping people, and it’s why she can make anyone comfortable in front of the camera—even if it’s their first time being there or if they hate having their photo taken.

She loves to dig in and understand what makes a person tick, so she can capture their personality. When you look at her headshots you really get a sense of who each person is. She is often told by clients—you really got ‘me’.

Her desire is that your headshot photos make you feel strong and amazing—and empower you to achieve your dreams, whatever they may be.

She also thinks it’s very important to give back, so she created the Get One, Give Back program in partnership with the Food Bank of New York City. She donates headshot sessions to people working towards self-sufficiency, so they may use their new professional photos for recruiters, resumés, and LinkedIn, to help them find a new job.
