Monday was Act Happy Day. Today (March 20) is International Day of Happiness. Why are there are two holidays in the same week to promote happiness? Who cares? Let’s just be happy that spring is here! Here’s a picture of Billy with vegetables from the garden that our friends at FatRabbit Creative built for our residents to enjoy last year. We hope his happiness brings you happiness as well!

Did you know that today (March 18) is Act Happy Day? The idea behind this holiday is that simply acting happy brings positive change. Do something today that will make you happy and see its effect on others! For example, Abby is happy when she draws. If seeing this photo of her made you happy, then it worked!
